Bastetlabs has had some of the best customer support I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t expect much at first, but found that he genuinely cares about his customers. He gave me an outline of what to expect, what to avoid, and full-on research. He also even created a forum for people to share their experiences and chime in.

Shipping was quick; I’m in West US and received my product in 8 days. Clean packaging, and tracking information to keep me updated was also great.
